Q:Whats your diet like? 
A: I honestly dont really have a "diet" because diets make you crazy. Once you set a food as "off limits," you want it more and more and more until you just cant take it anymore and eat 432748932 pounds of it. I try to eat as cleanly as possible, which for me means if it has ingredients in it that i cant pronounce, then I don't eat it! When grocery shopping I just try to buy things that are found in the perimeter of the store, because that's where the foods that are usually better for you are found. When I go out to eat I try to make smarter choices, but sometimes I just want those cheese fries, and thats okay! Just dont eat them everyday! I only drink water, so i dont "drink my calories." No soda or fruit juices or even gatorade, unless I go out....but hey its college!  

Q: Can you train me?
A: I am not a certified personal trainer...yet. And I don't plan on training anyone until I get my certification in December. I really feel that someone shouldn't train someone else in fitness unless they have had the proper schooling to do so. There is just way to much "Bro Science" out there that could actually be harmful to the body when it comes to working out.  Sure anyone could put someone on a program and see results, but I want the people that I train to get the BEST results. I wont feel comfortable training an individual until i know that i have absolutely all of the proper tools to help give them there dream bod. 

Q: Bro, how much do you bench?
A: my upper body strength is sad. I have never maxed out on bench, but 85lbs for 6 reps is a struggle for me. haha. 

Q: How do you get your arms so toned?
A: Lift heavy shit ladies! honestly, I didn't start seeing my arms tone up until I put down the 5 pound dumbbells and started lifting weights that were challenging for me.
